Your claim is managed by NJS Law. Injury claims are handled by its solicitors, while vehicle repairs and replacement vehicles are provided by independent companies we work with.
Do I have to pay anything?
We'll explain how your claim would be funded, and any costs, before you agree to go ahead. Injury claims are usually dealt with on a no win no fee basis.
Can I use my own garage?
Usually, yes. Tell us which garage you'd like to use and we'll confirm whether your repair can be arranged there.
How do I make a complaint?
Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. Our complaints procedure explains how complaints are handled and how to contact the Legal Ombudsman if you're not satisfied with our response.
